To create a Photo to Video Reel in Adobe Premiere Pro, follow these steps:

1.Import your photos into the Project panel by clicking "File" and then "Import".
2. Create a new sequence by clicking "File" and then "New Sequence". Select a preset that matches the resolution and frame rate of your photos.
3. Drag your photos from the Project panel to the Timeline panel in the order that you want them to appear in the video.
